The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including an induction hob, electric oven, slow cooker and all the essentials for cooking up a Cornish feast. Families with little ones are well catered for too, with a high chair, children’s utensils, travel cot, baby bath and stair gate available for your convenience.

After a day exploring the coast, the lounge offers a cosy space to unwind. Stretch out on the electric recliner seating, pop on a film with the large Smart TV, or simply enjoy the warmth and glow of the modern electric fire. There's also a classic rocking chair, perfect for a quiet read, and a selection of books and board games to keep guests of all ages entertained. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, so whether you're streaming a film or planning your next day out, you're always connected.
Outside, you'll find a private wrap around garden with lovely seating area and a summer house, a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine as the sun goes down. A barbeque is also available for alfresco dining. It’s a great place to relax and make the most of the fresh Cornish air, whether you're soaking up the sun or enjoying a quiet moment in the shade.

No 16 sleeps up to seven guests across four stylish, comfortable bedrooms, ideal for families or groups looking for a relaxing base by the sea. Downstairs, the king-size bedroom offers a restful retreat, with solid oak furniture, soft coastal tones and a Smart TV for those cosy evenings in or winding down after a day exploring. There's also a bright twin room on this floor, perfect for anyone preferring to avoid stairs.
Upstairs, a single room and a second twin provide a quiet space for guests, children or teens, giving them their own area to unwind or play after a day on the beach. All rooms are decorated in a clean, modern style with soft carpeting underfoot and thoughtfully chosen furnishings to create a warm, homely feel. Central heating throughout keeps things snug in the cooler months, while electric fans, tucked neatly into each wardrobe, are on hand to help you cool off during warmer days. You’ll also find hairdryers in the downstairs bedrooms for added convenience.

No 16 Methleigh Parc is designed to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. There are two modern shower rooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, both fitted with powerful rainfall showers that offer the perfect refresh after a day at the beach or a long coastal walk. A separate utility room includes a dishwasher, washing machine, and a tumble dryer to keep things hassle free, especially for longer stays. You’ll also find a handy back porch entrance with a shoe rack, great for sandy shoes or beach gear. Outside in the back garden, you’ll find a washing line for drying out those beach towels and wet suits! The house offers secure off road parking for up to three cars, and an electric car charger is available on request. One small well behaved dog allowed at the owners discretion.
